4. How do I change information in my profile (such as screen name, password, etc.)?
Answer:
First, log onto the Volunteer Advocate Academy curriculum.Then, click your username (located next to the “Welcome” message – top right hand corner of the page). You will be taken to your profile.
Use the navigation bar (located on the left) to locate "edit profile" information.
Click edit profile to make your changes.
Please note: Screen names will be printed on your certificate. Usernames cannot be changed to enable data to be collected on licensed users without compromising their identity.
