Terms of Use	Terms of Use 1.Acceptance of Terms of Use – Independent Living Resources, Inc. provides this website (heretofore referred to as Site) and a collection of online resources. By using this website you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use (heretofore referred to as Agreement) with respect to the Site. This agreement shall be the entire and only agreement between Independent Living Resources, Inc. (heretofore know as the Company) and you (heretofore referred to as the User), with regards to use of the Site. This is not necessarily be an endorsement of such content by the Company or the Site, and shall not be deemed as such. The User agrees not to post any derogatory, defamatory, harassing, obscene, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content of any kind, including but not limited to any communications that would constitute a criminal offense; violate any local, state, national, and/or international law; infringe upon another organization’s copyright of trademark; or give rise to any civil liability for the Company. You agree that you the User are solely responsible for the content of your communications and their legality under prevailing and/or applicable laws. The company reserves the right to monitor your communications on the Site to determine if the User has complied with the Agreement. The User agrees to provide accurate and current information on all registration forms. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and account information, as well as restricting access to your computer. The User agrees to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under the User’s account. The user agrees not to share or misuse account information, including password and username, misrepresent your identity or affiliation with an entity, impersonate any person, entity, or organization, or misrepresent the origin of any content the User is exposed to through the Site. Violation of the obligations of the User in this section may subject you to prosecution. 6.Indemnity – The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Company, it’s officers, partners, attorneys, shareholders, and/or employees harmless from any and all liability, losses, damages, claims, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, relating to the User’s access and use of the Site, and/or the User’s violation of the Agreement. 7.Limitation of Liability – Under no circumstance shall the Company, its suppliers, partners, or affiliates, be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages caused by viruses, use/inability to use the Site and it’s content, lost revenue, replacement costs, or damage or loss of data arising out of the use or inability to use the Site, whether based on contract or any other legal theory even if the Company, or its suppliers, partners, or affiliates were aware of the possibility of such damages. 8.Disclaimer – The Site is provided by the Company on an “as-is” and “as available” basis.
